Note, Mini Stability Balls are subject to a size variance of .59 in (1.5 cm) depending on inflation and manufacturing. We recommend inflating to your preferred level of firmness and intended use. A slightly deflated ball provides more stability whereas a firmer ball makes for a more challenging workout.
