This fun and portable prop can easily be incorporated into a variety of targeted sculpting exercises to help you achieve lean, strong muscles. Use them to add challenge and intensity to your Pilates Matwork or equipment-based routines, barre and interval workouts.

Cleaning and care

• If necessary, clean the Toning Ball with water. A mixture of mild soap and water can be used to remove more persistent dirt
• Never use corrosive cleaning products on ball

Storing and handling

• Store in a dry location away from direct sunlight
• Do not store anything on top of the Toning Balls as it may cause the ball to deflate
• Keep away from direct heat
• Do not stack more than 3 high
• For hard/deflated balls – use a standard basketball/soccer ball pump, insert pin into valve and fill to desired firmness
• CAUTION – Do not store or rest this item on any surface, including vinyl, wood, or painted finishes, as doing so may result in surface damage.
