Used on a mat, the Reformer, or other equipment, this portable piece helps maintain proper alignment and increase proprioceptive awareness. Made of sprung steel, the Fitness Circle Pro is made to withstand continuous, high-intensity studio use. The 14 inch version provides a firm resistance and is recommended for people 5 ft 5 in (164 cm) tall and up.
