Reformer Springs
All of these reformer springs are compatible with the Essential, MPX, V2 and Rehab V2 reformers.
It is strongly recommended that all springs be replaced every 2 years. Springs older than 2 years pose a safety hazard and also progressively lose their tension.
Other than the 25% and 125% Springs all other springs are only sold in sets.

How do I know which springs to replace?
We advise that springs be replaced every two years on any spring equipment to ensure optimal performance of your equipment.
Springs on most equipment including reformers should only be replaced as sets - this ensures that an accurate record can be kept when all springs have been replaced.
For more tips on equipment and maintenance care, download our Large Equipment Inspection & Maintenance Schedule for recommended guidelines and a full checklist.
If I am replacing reformer springs, how do I know if I need a Spring Holder?
Spring Holder Replacement Kits will be necessary if you purchased V2 Max®, Pro or SPX® series Reformer before December 2011 and have not replaced your spring holder yet. You do not need to upgrade your spring holder if your Reformer was purchased after December 2011.
If you’re unsure when you purchased your Reformer, you can easily tell by looking at the Spring Holder on your Reformer.
Does your Reformer have…
Molded Spring Holder: No,an upgrade kit is not required
